Cards Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cards Analytics Specialist to join a leading banking and financial services organization in Doha. The role will support the Cards Product and Portfolio teams by delivering actionable insights that drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, profitability, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring portfolio performance reports and dashboards covering acquisition, activation, spend, profitability, delinquency, retention, and overall portfolio health.
• Perform portfolio segmentation, cohort, vintage, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis, A/B testing, control‑group analysis, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Build interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to enable self‑service reporting.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance to improve business outcomes.
• Automate recurring reports and enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Present analytical findings and business recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in cards or portfolio analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics within banking, payments, or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with credit and/or debit card portfolio analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
