Category Manager – Natural Ingredients & Botanical Extracts

About the role

We are seeking a Category Manager to lead the Natural Ingredients & Botanical Extracts portfolio for our Doha office. The role will drive product strategy, supplier development and market expansion across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and cosmetic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Natural Ingredients & Botanical Extracts product category.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers and innovative ingredients for international markets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
• Support supplier qualification and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with international customers to capture product requirements and market opportunities.
• Prepare portfolio presentations and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, logistics partners and internal teams.
• Assist in launching new ingredients across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and cosmetic sectors.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, supplier meetings and B2B events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in natural ingredients, botanical extracts, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food ingredients or international trading.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
