About the role

The Chef De Partie Baker ensures smooth, efficient bakery operations while maintaining luxury standards of quality and presentation across all dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily bakery production, quality control, and adherence to HACCP and local health regulations.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the baking team in coordination with the Head Baker.
Prepare production forecasts, manage inventory, and control food costs to align with budget.
Order and track raw ingredients, ensuring consistency with brand recipes and yields.
Manage team schedules, attendance, grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience as a CDP/Demi‑CDP Baker in an upscale hotel, luxury resort, high‑volume bakery or similar environment.
Culinary school degree, pastry/baking diploma, or equivalent professional training.
Strong supervisory and communication skills in a fast‑paced, multicultural kitchen.

Required skills

Recipe scaling and yield management.
Food costing and inventory control.
Basic kitchen computer software proficiency.
