Cluster Engineering Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster Engineering Coordinator provides administrative, operational and coordination support to the Engineering Department across three Tivoli properties in Doha. The role ensures maintenance requests, preventive schedules and vendor activities are managed efficiently while maintaining clear communication with all hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities, follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion across all assigned properties.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance schedules and engineering reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly engineering reports and keep organized filing systems for certificates, contracts and correspondence.
• Assist the Cluster Director of Engineering with meeting scheduling, inspections, and departmental activities.
• Support procurement by preparing purchase requests, tracking deliveries of spare parts and monitoring stock levels.
• Coordinate contractor visits, site inspections and ensure all required documentation and safety compliance are met.
• Monitor utility consumption, assist with sustainability initiatives and maintain records of environmental documentation.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several properties.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between Engineering, Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security and other departments.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of operational, financial and supplier information.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance activities, work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
