About the role

The Coffee Man is the first point of contact for guests at our resort, representing the Anantara brand with a warm and professional demeanor. You will create memorable coffee experiences for an international clientele while supporting overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to guests.
  • Greet guests, provide information about the resort, and answer inquiries with courtesy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station in line with health and safety standards.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly.
  • Promote additional resort services and upsell beverage options.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the resort’s standards.

Required profile

  • 2‑3 years of experience in a similar guest‑facing coffee or beverage role.
  • Positive attitude with excellent guest service skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine interest in engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
