About the role
The Complex Reservations Supervisor oversees the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes for Le Méridien in Lusail, Qatar. The role ensures smooth processing of reservation requests, supports revenue maximisation, and upholds company standards for guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
- Verify room availability, rates and guarantee policies, and communicate them to guests.
- Identify guest needs, accommodate special requests and document them accurately.
- Input and retrieve data in the reservation system and set up proper billing accounts.
- Assist management with training, scheduling, counseling and coaching of staff.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets and follow all policies and procedures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related reservations experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating a reservations management system.
- Strong data‑entry accuracy and attention to detail.
