About the role
The Junior F&B Attendant will support the Food & Beverage team at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware and linens.
- Serve food and beverages promptly under supervision, refill water, clear plates and maintain tidy tables.
- Assist with taking guest orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen or bar.
- Support buffet setup, replenishment and breakdown as required.
- Ensure the dining area, service stations and equipment remain clean and presentable, following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with opening and closing duties, including mise en place and stock replenishment.
- Respond politely to guest requests, report complaints or special requirements to the supervisor.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
