Concierge Agent – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional Concierge Agent to join our luxury hotel team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized, anticipatory service that enhances their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, tickets and other guest requests promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs, offering tailored recommendations and coordinating special occasions.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with all hotel departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized Concierge Desk and keep up‑to‑date with local events.
• Record guest requests, reservations and feedback while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience in concierge, front office, guest relations or luxury hotel customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems.
