About the role
The Contracts Administrator will manage contract bids, negotiate changes, and ensure all contractual terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, analyze, negotiate, and revise contracts and contract briefs.
- Oversee proposal planning, contract administration, and contractor performance monitoring.
- Track authorizations, correspondence, payments, deadlines, and maintain detailed audit files for each contract.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications, and government regulations.
- Handle acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies, and dispose of unclaimed property.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Strong communication, planning, organizing, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and manage contractual terms effectively.
Required skills
- Strong command of English, especially in drafting letters, reports, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with contractual terms and processes of construction‑related contracts.
