Coordinator, Health Analytics and Reporting

About the role
The Coordinator, Health Analytics and Reporting will act as the primary liaison between Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) departments and external stakeholders. This role ensures accurate health data management, supports analysis, and translates reporting needs into actionable dashboards and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple data sources and apply data‑modelling techniques to develop reporting capabilities and generate insights.
- Ensure compliance with data‑protection and security policies.
- Collect data for research studies and determine appropriate sample sizes.
- Document reporting requirements through collaboration with various departments.
- Convert reporting needs into production‑ready reports and interactive dashboards.
- Maintain and update computer data file structures, programs, and complex statistical databases.
- Identify critical metrics to support health‑data analytics.
- Analyze reports to recommend continuous‑improvement opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as required to meet organizational needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Economics, Health Informatics, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health economics, strategic analysis, or related analytical roles.
Required skills
- Data modelling and statistical analysis.
- Data management and security compliance.
- Dashboard and report development.
- Ability to work with complex statistical databases.
