Creative Director – Production (Films, TVCs & Documentaries)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Creative Director to lead the production of government films, TV commercials, documentaries and brand films from concept to final edit. The role is based in Doha and requires hands‑on direction on set, in the scriptroom and during post‑production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative direction of all productions, including commercials, TVCs, documentaries and campaign content.
• Transform ideas from a blank page into finished films – concept, treatment, script, storyboard, shoot and edit supervision.
• Direct crews on set, managing blocking, performance, coverage and rapid decision‑making.
• Lead and develop the in‑house production team of videographers, editors and motion designers.
• Present and defend creative work to senior government and corporate stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
• Collaborate with strategy and design leads to ensure each film meets clear business objectives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in agencies or production houses, with proven team‑leadership in a senior capacity.
• Fluent Arabic – able to direct Arabic scripts, talent and communicate with Arabic‑speaking clients.
• Strong portfolio of directed or creative‑directed commercials, TVCs or documentaries (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Demonstrated ability to both ideate concepts and execute them on screen.
• Immediate availability to join the team in Doha.
