Customer Service Officer – VOX Cinemas

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at VOX Cinemas. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist with ticketing and promotions, and ensure a memorable cinema experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly environment.
• Assist customers with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotional offers at counters or digital kiosks.
• Process cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide information on movie schedules, loyalty programmes, and ongoing promotions.
• Upsell tickets, combo deals and retail items to maximise revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain clean and organised box office, lobby and service counters.
• Monitor guest flow to prevent queues and delays.
• Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth service.
• Record transactions, refunds and generate required reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in food & beverage or hospitality (cinema or restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Adherence to hygiene, grooming and uniform standards.
