About the role
The Customer Service Representative will join Al Khebra Driving Academy in Qatar to deliver high‑quality support to learners and partners. Working on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Resolve service‑related issues promptly and professionally.
