About the role

Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is looking for a dynamic Director of Food & Drinks to lead its luxury dining portfolio. The successful candidate will shape the overall F&B strategy, ensure operational excellence across multiple outlets, and deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the F&B operational strategy to maximise profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation for seamless day‑to‑day operations.
• Control food, beverage and labour costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing and service initiatives.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing, diverse team through performance management and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven management of at least five restaurants and bars within a hotel or integrated resort.
• Previous Gulf region experience, preferably in the UAE or Qatar.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, diverse teams.
