Doorman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Doorman, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Lusail, Qatar. You will guide visitors through their arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience that reflects the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and provide directions to hotel facilities.
• Handle guest requests promptly, including transportation, local information, and special services.
• Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions, incidents, and operational reports.
• Ensure safety and security of the entrance area, following all company policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
