Draftsman – Wedding and Event Concept

About the role

The Draftsman – Wedding and Event Concept will join Bella Group’s luxury event division, Etoile, to turn creative wedding and event ideas into precise technical drawings. Working on‑site in Qatar, you will support designers and planners by delivering accurate 2D and 3D plans that guide production, installation, and venue setup.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise CAD drawings, floor plans, stage designs, décor layouts, and seating arrangements for weddings and large‑scale events.
• Collaborate with event designers, planners, and operations teams to capture client requirements, venue constraints, and creative themes.
• Ensure all measurements, specifications, and documentation are exact and comply with safety and venue regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding materials, installation details, and site conditions.
• Maintain organized archives of drawing files and update documentation based on client feedback or site visits.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience creating detailed 2D/3D drawings for events, weddings, or interior layouts.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to adjust plans to real‑site conditions, and excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qatar, including occasional evenings or weekends aligned with event schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp or similar 3D modeling tools.
