Experienced Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Full-time

About the role

PHI MEDCARE, a private medical centre in Lusail City, Qatar, is looking for a skilled and compassionate Otolaryngologist to join its ENT clinic. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for patients of all ages with ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose ENT disorders such as ear infections, sinusitis, tonsillitis, tumors and deformities.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including endoscopies, audiometry (hearing tests) and imaging studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that may involve medication, surgery or therapy.
• Carry out surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, tympanoplasties and neck dissections while ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor post‑operative recovery and provide ongoing follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and families about conditions and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) and a Master’s in Otolaryngology.
• QCHP licence with ENT privileges.
• Minimum 5 years total experience, including at least 3 years as an Otolaryngologist.
• Strong clinical diagnostic and communication skills.
