About the role

Phi Medcare, a private medical centre in Lusail City, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high‑quality aesthetic and reconstructive procedures while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Use photographs and verbal communication to capture patients' aesthetic goals and set realistic expectations.
• Educate patients on risks, benefits, and outcomes of surgical procedures.
• Provide detailed post‑operative care instructions and follow‑up.
• Assess psychological suitability for cosmetic interventions.
• Perform authorized invasive plastic surgeries in compliance with MOPH regulations.
• Verify operating‑room sterility and instrument readiness.
• Lead and coordinate nurses and associate surgeons during procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow surgeons and medical professionals to share expertise.
• Prescribe medications, considering side effects and contraindications, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Medicine and a Masters in Plastic Surgery.
• QCHP license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic surgery, including reconstructive work.
• Strong knowledge of common medications, side effects, and contraindications.
• Excellent patient management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
