F&B Supervisor

About the role
The F&B Supervisor will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Souq Al Wakra Hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, high‑quality service and smooth team performance. This onsite position reports to the F&B Manager and plays a key role in maintaining brand standards across all dining outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and uphold food safety standards.
- Oversee daily team member relations, training and empowerment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure only the highest standards are served.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to achieve operational excellence.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership passion and teamwork orientation.
- Attention to detail to drive operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
