Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, budgeting, reporting and planning activities. The role will ensure financial stability, regulatory compliance and provide strategic guidance to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage annual audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Lead investments and financing activities.
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Support strategic planning and business decision‑making through financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CA preferred.
• 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
