About the role

As the Food & Beverage Director at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will lead the culinary and beverage experience across multiple outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service and memorable moments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all designated food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage administrative and planning functions, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of marketing initiatives that enhance revenue and brand reputation.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
