About the role
As the Food & Beverage Director at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail, you will lead the culinary and beverage experience across multiple outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service and memorable moments.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all designated food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and profitability.
- Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage administrative and planning functions, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
- Support the delivery of marketing initiatives that enhance revenue and brand reputation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing, engaged workforce.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in food and beverage operations within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building skills.
- Commitment to upholding regulatory standards and delivering consistent quality.
