Food & Beverage Service Attendant – Doha Airport

About the role

Premier Inn is seeking a friendly and efficient Food & Beverage Service Attendant to join the restaurant team at Doha Airport. You will play a key part in delivering a high‑standard dining experience for guests, ensuring comfort, accuracy and timely service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages with accuracy and a courteous attitude.
• Promote and up‑sell menu items to maximise sales and meet outlet targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Verify age requirements for alcoholic drinks and enforce responsible service.
• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Maintain stock levels, handle point‑of‑sale transactions and keep the service area tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and support training of new team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Attendant in a 3‑star (or higher) hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork orientation and integrity.

• POS system operation
