About the role
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its dining outlets. You will ensure that service standards reflect the brand’s elegant personality while delivering memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations and ensure brand standards are met.
- Communicate tasks, delegate responsibilities, and motivate the team.
- Handle guest queries promptly and efficiently.
- Represent the team’s needs to management.
- Assist F&B management in achieving financial targets.
- Support training, development, and performance appraisals for team members.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑safety legislation.
- Promote environmental awareness and assist other departments as needed.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
