About the role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the overall F&B operation of a resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, high‑quality service, and strong team performance. This role is pivotal in maintaining brand standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily Food & Beverage activities to meet guest expectations and business targets.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant work environment.
- Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage products are served.
- Develop and sustain a motivated team through coaching, training, and empowerment.
- Handle team member relations, promote problem‑solving, and uphold brand service standards.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for leadership, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior guest service.
