Food & Beverage Team Leader – Al Samriya

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join the Al Samriya Autograph Collection in Al Shahaniya, Doha. In this role you will help create memorable dining experiences by coordinating service, supporting the kitchen, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and arrange dining areas, ensuring tables are ready for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
- Serve guests promptly, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking of dining supplies.
- Follow health, safety and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Less than one year of experience in food and beverage service.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
