About the role
The Food & Beverage Team Leader will supervise daily operations of the F&B department at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction. This position coordinates staff, manages workflow across dining and event spaces, and supports a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food & beverage service.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma; hospitality training preferred.
- At least 2 years of food & beverage experience with some leadership exposure.
Required skills
- Food safety and hygiene standards.
- Inventory management.
