About the role
The Food & Beverage Team Leader will supervise daily operations of the F&B department at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction across all dining and event areas.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and support food & beverage staff during each shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain consistent service quality and respond to guest feedback.
- Assist with inventory control, ordering and stock management.
- Train, mentor and develop new team members.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to uphold guest experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in food & beverage service (minimum 2 years).
- Leadership and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma; hospitality training preferred.
