Foreman – Construction Site Leader (GCC)

About the role

The Foreman is the on‑site leader responsible for directing daily construction activities across multiple projects in the GCC region. This position ensures work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while acting as the main link between management, engineers, subcontractors, and the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers and allocate daily tasks based on project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to keep workflow aligned.
• Guarantee all activities comply with quality and safety standards.
• Manage on‑site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and productivity among the crew.
• Interpret construction drawings and site instructions accurately.
• Provide daily progress reports to project management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, infrastructure, or commercial building projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and construction standards (OSHA or equivalent).
• Experience working in the GCC construction market is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and site documentation.
