About the role

We are looking for a US‑qualified corporate attorney to join our freelance pool of AI trainers. You will work remotely on project‑based assignments that help improve the reasoning and accuracy of large language models used by leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and generate prompts that challenge AI systems on corporate law topics.
• Evaluate AI‑generated answers for factual correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to legal standards.
• Refine AI reasoning by providing feedback aligned with first‑principles and accepted legal practice.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, or equivalent) within the US legal framework.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in US corporate law.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
