Front Office Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a passionate Front Office Supervisor to lead its front desk team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service from check‑in to check‑out in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest check‑ins using the Opera system, verify identity, secure payment, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Activate and re‑issue electronic keys with Salto, handling lost or replacement keys.
• Manage guest accounts, adjust billing, and process all types of check‑outs, including express and disputed charges.
• Communicate guest messages (voicemail, mail, faxes) and coordinate room deliveries.
• Accommodate room change requests and ensure room readiness in partnership with Housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate guest documentation in compliance with GDPR.
• Sell available rooms without prior reservations when possible.
• Prioritise room status on the queue and track changes efficiently.
