Full Stack Engineer (Onsite) – Qatar

About the role
We are looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to take end‑to‑end ownership of our integrated enterprise platform, which combines CRM, project delivery and financial workflows. The solution runs on‑premise in a secure, offline Windows environment in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Design, evolve and maintain the SQL Server data core, including schema design, migration scripting and data‑integrity safeguards.
- Develop and extend the Node.js/Express API with robust connection‑pooling, request validation and error handling.
- Build and enhance the React (TypeScript) web application and React Native mobile companion, applying disciplined component architecture.
- Implement and harden security measures such as authentication, session handling, RBAC and secure coding practices.
- Perform manual, script‑based deployments on Windows Server, managing services, scheduled tasks and firewall settings.
Required profile
- 10+ years of full‑stack development experience.
- Strong expertise with relational databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server, and ability to safely evolve schemas.
- Proven ability to work in a locked‑down, on‑premise environment without cloud CI/CD pipelines.
- Self‑motivated generalist comfortable handling both front‑end and back‑end challenges.
Required skills
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, React 18, Vite, React Query/TanStack.
- Node.js, Express, mssql driver, RESTful API, GraphQL, JSON.
- Microsoft SQL Server / T‑SQL, stored procedures, views, migration scripting.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL (experience mentioned).
- PowerShell, Windows Server service and scheduled‑task management, firewall configuration.
- Application security: token‑based auth, password hashing, RBAC, XSS avoidance, CORS, upload validation, secrets handling.
