General Physician – Public Health & Wellness

About the role
The General Physician will act as the representative of the Healthcare Department (HCD) for public health and wellness initiatives, delivering services to QatarEnergy employees across all HCD clinics in Dukhan.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of public health and wellness services within HCD clinics.
- Represent the Healthcare Department in field activities and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and promote health education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and report on health outcomes.
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS/MBCHB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum five years of experience as a physician, preferably in an industrial or public health setting.
- Valid medical practice license in Qatar.
- Post‑graduate diploma or higher in Occupational Health, Healthcare Management, Health Education or Public Health.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Immediate Life Support (ILS/ALS) certification.
- Computer literacy.
