Group Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Al Emadi Enterprises is seeking a senior Group Supply Chain Manager to lead the integration of logistics, warehousing, procurement and fleet functions across its diversified business units. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will drive the transition to a centralized, ERP‑enabled Shared Services model and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a unified supply chain operating model aligned with the group’s transformation strategy.
• Lead the rollout of supply chain modules within the new ERP system and establish a KPI framework to monitor cost, service level and reliability.
• Consolidate all procurement activities, create a centralized sourcing function, negotiate with global and local suppliers, and implement supplier performance scorecards.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, fleet management and warehousing for diverse sectors including automotive, construction materials and luxury retail.
• Standardize processes, drive cost efficiencies and ensure compliance with group‑wide policies.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in supply chain management across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation and ERP implementation projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance sector‑specific operational needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, reporting directly to executive leadership.
