About the role

The Guest Experience Agent (At Your Service) joins the Le Méridien team in Lusail, Qatar, to create memorable, personalized stays for every guest. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the guest journey, ensuring smooth check‑in, attentive service, and a lasting impression of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide accurate information about the property.
• Process operational requests, complete daily reports, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Move throughout the property, lifting and carrying items up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing ≤10 lb.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
