About the role
The Guest Experience Agent at Delta Hotels by Marriott in Doha ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will be empowered to move throughout the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and providing local area insights.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and protect company assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
