About the role
The Guest Experience Supervisor ensures seamless check‑in and check‑out processes, delivers personalized service, and supports the front‑desk team at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha. This role combines guest interaction, cash handling, and staff coaching to maintain the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, assign rooms, and issue keys.
- Set up accurate guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information, and ensure correct rates.
- Secure payment, handle all payment types, vouchers, and charges, and balance receipts.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing reports, and manage contingency lists.
- Provide guests with property information, directions, and fulfill special requests.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
- Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and coaching front‑desk staff.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards.
- Use computers and POS systems for transactions and information retrieval.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
