Guest Experience Supervisor

About the role

Rosewood Doha, a luxury lifestyle destination in Qatar with a 155-key hotel, 162 serviced apartments and 276 private residences, is hiring a Guest Experience Supervisor. The role leads the daily operation of the Guest Relations and Butler teams, coordinates staff schedules and ensures high standards of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Guest Relations and Butler teams, lead briefings and shift handovers, coordinate task allocation and lobby coverage, and ensure adequate staffing and shift coverage.
• Support scheduling and annual leave planning, conduct daily coaching, mentor new associates, maintain grooming standards and act as first point of escalation for operational issues.
• Welcome VIP, repeat and long-stay guests, verify preferences in Opera, check that amenities and room set-ups are ready, monitor Butler itineraries and follow up on guest requests.
• Coach Butlers on anticipation and personalization, review task completion and communication with departments.
• Monitor compliance with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood standards, inspect VIP arrivals and public areas, review guest feedback and drive consistency across shifts.
• Run departmental training, support training plans and mandatory training compliance, and coach future supervisors.
• Keep communication across departments smooth, attend operational meetings, maintain accurate handovers and share SOP updates.
• Monitor Opera profile completion, review traces and reports, promote upselling and amenity usage, and conduct performance observations and appraisals.
• Comply with Rosewood policies, health and safety procedures and confidentiality requirements, and maintain high standards of personal presentation.
