Guest Experience Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a confident and service‑driven Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the Guest Experience Centre at The Ned Doha. In this role you will ensure every guest and member enjoys a seamless, personalised journey from pre‑arrival through post‑departure, reflecting the luxury and sophistication of our hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Guest Experience Centre, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Lead, coach and motivate the Guest Experience team to achieve outstanding guest and member experiences.
• Manage reservations and enquiries for rooms, restaurants, spa, membership events and other hotel services.
• Act as primary point of support for complex guest requests, reservations and service recovery situations.
• Maintain accurate hotel, membership and booking procedures, policies and systems.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Membership and other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Oversee the OpenTable reservation system, ensuring optimal setup and utilisation.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance and uphold service excellence on every shift.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in Guest Experience, Reservations or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OpenTable reservation system.
