About the role
The Guest Relations Agent joins the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental Doha, delivering legendary service to VIP guests. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth arrivals, personalized experiences, and memorable farewells.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Guest Relations Supervisor in inspecting VIP rooms and fulfilling all guest requests before arrival.
- Support the Guest Relations Management Team in greeting and escorting VIP guests.
- Prepare and distribute the Daily Communication Form to relevant departments.
- Handle amenity requests and coordinate guest‑relations programmes.
- Participate in VIP meetings and coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge, and F&B teams.
- Provide assistance to the Front Office during peak periods and manage guest complaints efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- At least 1 year of Front Office experience.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Strong command of English (verbal and written); Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
