About the role
As a Guest Relations Agent at Le Royal Meridien in Lusail, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless. You will support guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure, delivering the brand’s signature hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill operational needs.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, incident logs, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment, adhering to company policies and standards.
- Perform physical duties such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
