About the role
Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its front‑office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in/out, and a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Handle reservations, guest registrations, and check‑in/check‑out procedures.
- Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guest inquiries, requests, and comments.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and settle payments at departure.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to manage bookings and room allocations.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
