About the role

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join its front‑office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in/out, and a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle reservations, guest registrations, and check‑in/check‑out procedures.
  • Provide courteous and prompt assistance to guest inquiries, requests, and comments.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and settle payments at departure.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Operate the Property Management System (PMS) to manage bookings and room allocations.

Required profile

  • Strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
