About the role
We are seeking a Guest Service Officer for the Front Office who will deliver a welcoming, stress‑free experience for our guests. You will greet arriving guests, assist with registration, process payments and answer inquiries while embodying the modern design and exceptional service culture of Hyatt Regency Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and create a warm first impression.
- Assist guests with check‑in and registration procedures.
- Process payments and handle billing transactions accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Proactively resolve service‑related concerns and provide appropriate follow‑up.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands, showing adaptability to diverse cultures.
- Desire to learn continuously and ambition to grow within the company.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent command of English.
