Head of Human Resources – Qatarization

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Head of Human Resources to shape and execute our people strategy in Doha. The role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, driving cultural transformation, talent acquisition, and compliance with Qatar Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Human Capital Strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession, and leadership capability.
• Lead talent acquisition, executive recruitment, employer branding, and relationships with search firms and universities.
• Design and continuously improve performance management, reward, and recognition programs.
• Create leadership development, learning initiatives, and career pathways.
• Oversee compensation reviews, salary structures, incentive schemes, and market benchmarking across Qatar and the GCC.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labour Law, maintain HR governance, policies, and employee records.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably as a Head or Director.
• Deep knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and regional HR regulatory requirements.
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance commercial priorities and people initiatives.
• Strong advisory skills to senior executives on workforce and organizational matters.
• Track record of building high‑performance cultures and driving employee engagement.
