About the role
Join a world‑class luxury resort as a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through meticulous housekeeping. You will work across guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space meets the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and service inquiries.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment.
- Handle and move objects up to 50 lb safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety, security, and confidentiality policies at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs to supervisors.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
