About the role

Join the newly launched Christian Dior Spa at Hamad International Airport as a Barber‑Beauty Consultant. You will deliver premium grooming services to travelers seeking a luxurious break, contributing to the spa’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform haircuts, trims, fades, beard trims, shaving and styling according to client preferences.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and provide after‑sales advice.
• Greet clients, explain the spa experience, and recommend suitable skincare or grooming products for home use.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards and keep treatment rooms clean and well‑stocked.
• Follow the spa’s operating procedures, update guest profiles and tailor treatments to individual needs.

Required profile

• Professional experience in barbering or hair‑care services.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to ask open‑ended questions to understand client needs.
• Commitment to health, safety and cleanliness standards.
