About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to uphold the brand’s legendary standards of luxury and hospitality. You will work within the Housekeeping & Laundry department to ensure every guest room and public area reflects immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, suites, and public spaces according to Ritz‑Carlton standards.
• Prepare beds, replenish linens, and manage room turnover efficiently.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to prioritize workloads and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Conduct spot‑checks and audits to guarantee consistent quality across all areas.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures for all cleaning operations.
