About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that every guest room and public area at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha meets the brand’s exacting standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role is pivotal in delivering the refined luxury experience expected by our discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate guest rooms, suites, and public spaces according to brand SOPs.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all equipment functions correctly.
• Conduct thorough inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow health, safety, and infection‑control protocols at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests.
• Uphold the Ritz‑Carlton service philosophy by delivering consistent, high‑quality results.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Prior experience in housekeeping within a 5‑star hotel is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and infection‑control standards.
• Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures.
