About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms at Banyan Tree Doha, a luxury property blending Eastern and Western hospitality. You will ensure rooms are well‑stocked, adhere to quality standards, and provide a welcoming environment for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Maintain adequate stock of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and linen on the trolley.
- Follow Lost and Found procedures and handle guest service matters.
- Observe “Do Not Disturb” signs and respect guest privacy.
- Supervise end‑of‑day closing of the service area, ensuring equipment is safely stored.
- Communicate shift handover information to the next team or supervisor.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferably in a 5‑star property.
- Proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
- Dynamic, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Proper grooming and professional appearance at all times.
