Housekeeping Runner

About the role

The Housekeeping Runner supports the housekeeping department of Tivoli Hotels & Resorts by ensuring that linen, amenities and supplies are delivered promptly throughout the property. This position helps maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and distribute clean linen, towels, toiletries and other housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and public areas.
• Collect used linens and items for laundering and ensure they are returned to the appropriate storage locations.
• Assist housekeeping staff with timely replenishment of room inventories.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in service areas and report any issues to supervisors.
• Support the team during peak periods and special events to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry supplies regularly.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
