About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in delivering a clean, welcoming environment for guests at Al Najada Doha Hotel. This role coordinates daily housekeeping activities, ensures standards are met, and drives team development to create exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily duties to housekeeping staff and monitor completion.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to verify adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper on operational planning.
- Coach and develop team members to maintain high service quality.
- Adapt schedules and priorities in response to changing hotel needs.
Required profile
- Proven supervisory experience within a hotel housekeeping department.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities with organisational goals.
- Strong presentation and organisational skills.
- High degree of self‑awareness and a demonstrated commitment to self‑improvement.
